When we receive a notification of a variation in the assessed value derived from the submission of Land Registry Model 902, our services consist in the following:

We review the assessed values of the property
In other words, we check whether there are errors in the value or if it is a case of typical errors of wrong property categories, the failure to apply correction factors, the assignation of categories higher than those that correspond, etc.

Feasibility study
We make a proposal or carry out a feasibility study where we indicate the possibility to reduce the assessed value and the savings this would imply. We then send a letter to the corresponding land registry management, requesting them to review the assessed value of the property.

Meeting with the technical staff of the land registry
We either meet the technical staff of the land registry who are in charge of processing the file, or we meet the appropriate territorial managers.

The resolution
Lastly, after a period of approximately six months, the resolution is issued. In the event of an unfavourable -or partly unfavourable- resolution, we take care of the appeals (lodge a request for reconsideration before the corresponding land registry management and/or an economic-administrative claim before the Regional Economic-Administrative Courts, TEAR).
